Name: InstallProfileVendor()

Parameters:

1.	strFileName (String) - The Path / Filename of the profile (.mpp file)

2.	bOverWriteExisting (Optional Boolean = False) - Overwrite the vendor definition if it already exists

Returns: Boolean

Description: Will install the EasyHL7 vendor definition embedded in the current profile. Note that this is done automatically if the AutoInstallVendorDefinitions property was set as True by the profile author.
