Name: replaceSegment()

Parameters:

1.	oSegment (The segment object to be replaced)

2.	strSegmentValue (String) - The value of the segment to replace (see SegmentValue property)

Returns: Object (Segment Object) - The segment object that was replaced.

Description: Replaces (or resets) the value of an entire segment.
