Name: FileDispatchError

Parameters: 1. strFileName (String - Full Path/Filename)

Description: The file (strFileName) has been processed BUT an error occurred moving the file to it's final destination (ie the ArchiveFolder or the ErrorFolder). You should take action to move this file yourself and delete it to avoid it being processed multiple times.
