Parameters: None

Description: For whatever reason, the MessageFolder is no longer valid, it has been renamed, deleted, a network server has gone down, etc. This can only occur AFTER a processor has started since access to the folder was validated before the processor started. ALL processing halts until this situation is corrected.

Scenario: If MessageFolder points to a network shared folder and that server goes down, the processor object will continue to process but will raise this event every polling cycle until the situation resolves itself and the folder becomes visible again.
