Configuring profiles for the Multi-Port Listener is identical to configuring the EasyHL7 standard listener with one exception.  In the configuration window for each profile there is a check box to "Activate" or "Enable" the profile when the service starts.  If this box is unchecked the service will NOT start the selected listener profile.
