From time to time you may need customer service or support for a particular installation of one of your products. We've tried to make it easy by customizing the built-in email system of the HL7 License manager to allow you to specifically identify which installation you need help with. You reach this special customer service email window in 2 steps.
Step 1. In the main window select the product in the 'Licenses You Own' section so that your installations are displayed in the summary / details section. In the 'Installations' tab click, the 'Help' button next to the actual license you need to move to bring up the Customer Service window. |

Step 2. In the Customer Service window, click the button that says 'Contact Customer Service for Assistance' to bring up the contact window (see below). Fill in the 'Subject' and the message body and click the 'Send' button to transmit your request to customer service. |
