Selecting Update Your Account Information from the File Menu in the Main Window will take you to the Customer Account Information Window.

Change your Account Information
Most of the fields here can be updated, with the following exceptions:
Your Customer ID (email address) is protected (click HERE for more information).
Your HermeTech Account Number is protected and cannot be changed.
Your Logon Password. To Change your Logon Password see the section on Changing Your Password.
