Occasionally you may need to retrieve a license activation key from your HermeTech account to activate a product on client computer using "Manual Product Activation" (see How Activation Works). For instance:
•You have processed several product activation requests in a row and you now need to retrieve the keys to activate the products on each computer (see Activating Licenses).
•You are in the process of MOVING a license from one computer to another (see Moving a License to another computer) and have been notified by NCS that your license for the new computer has been created and is waiting for you.
Step 1. In the main window, select the product in the 'Licenses You Own' section so that your installations are displayed in the summary / details section. In the 'Installations' tab click the 'Help' button next to the actual license you need to retrieve to bring up the Customer Service window.
Step 2. In the Customer Service window, click the button that says 'Retrieve the Product License key from my account' to bring up the 'Product Activation Key' window (see step 3).
Step 3. In the 'Product Activation Key' window, click the button that says 'Click here to retrieve the license activation key'.
Step 4. In the 'Product Activation Key' window, click the button that says 'Export the Key' (to save the activation key to a file) or the button that says 'Copy to Clipboard' (to copy the activation key to the MS Windows clipboard). Now you have the license activation key which you can use to Activate (or Reactivate) the HermeTech Product using "Manual Product Activation" (see How Activation Works).
