Description: Get / Set the EOM (End of Message) characters in the Vendor

Further: Vendor must be opened (see OpenVendor). Changing this property at runtime from code is only valid for the lifetime of the object (ie it is not saved permanently in the vendor definition). You must use the ManageVendors interface to make permanent changes.
