Name: ManageVendors()
Parameters: None
Description: Opens a modal dialog allowing you to create, delete, import or export EasyHL7 Vendor Definitions. The VendorPath must be set to a folder containing vendor definitions.
Programming Note: Some of the built-in user interfaces (this one included) operate by making calls to unmanaged code and require that the EasyHL7 ActiveX components be installed. This can either be the full Toolkit installation OR the EasyHL7RuntimeDistribution.msi which was part of the EasyHL7 ActiveX Components download.
