Description: Get / Set the HL7 Field Separator character in the vendor definition.

Further: Vendor must be opened (see OpenVendor). Changing this property at runtime from code is only valid for the lifetime of the object (ie it is not saved permanently in the vendor definition). You must use the ManageVendors interface to make permanent changes.
