If you own a license for the UltraPort HL7 Postmaster and the need arises to move that license from one computer to another. You MUST now use the HL7 License Manager Software to request that the license in question be moved (click HERE to open the online help for the HL7 License Manager software about how to do this).
IMPORTANT: To do the reset request to customer service in the HL7 License Manager you WILL need to create a License Activation Request in the UltraPort HL7 Postmaster ON THE NEW COMPUTER. See Manual Activation for how to do this.
When HermeTech Customer Service has processed your request you will be sent an email containing the License Activation Key for your new computer. You will then use the Manual Activation method of activation to import that Activation Key.
